With workflows, you can perform automated actions custom-programmed for you. Just like with the plugins your possibilities are endless. With workflows, you can combine LLMs, custom code, Knowledge you uploaded, Conditions, Variables, Databases and all of the available Coze plugins.
There are 4 premade workflows that you can add to your chatbot or you can create your own workflows.

The purpose of knowledge is to give our bot a pool of data to pull inspiration from. This can be from files that you upload, URLs or other sources of data.
